With the introduction of PPWR, a packaging dossier per packaging/SKU becomes mandatory. Many companies have documentation, but not in the right format, structure, or level of completeness. This module ensures you are fully prepared for questions from customers, regulators, and supply chain partners.
We build, structure, and document the packaging dossier according to PPWR requirements. This is based on your existing information, supplemented where necessary, with substantiation regarding materials, claims, and compliance.
This module answers questions such as:
- Do we have verifiable evidence to prove our packaging is compliant?
- Which documents are missing if requested by a customer, inspector, or auditor?
- Is all information up-to-date, traceable, and consistent?
- Is the dossier organized for easy reuse and expansion?
This module is ideal for companies that want their documentation and proof of compliance in order for internal audits, customers, retailers, or authorities.
What You Receive
A complete or supplemented packaging dossier per SKU or packaging family, including:

You will receive a dossier in a digital folder structure (PDF + supporting files), suitable for audits and internal documentation.

Packaging Dossier pricing
Entry Fee: €450 (prices exclude VAT)
For creating or updating a dossier for 1 SKU or packaging type.
Included:
- Intake
- Dossier structure
- Basic documentation
- Overview of missing items
- Brief delivery review
Additional charges apply if:
- Multiple SKUs
- More complex packaging (e.g., composite, multipack, mixed materials)
- Information is limited or unstructured
Additional costs will be agreed upon in advance and are available upon request.
What we need from you
For a complete setup:
- Specifications and datasheets (if available)
- Photos / elevation drawings
- SKU list + annual volumes
- Available analyses or reports
- Sustainability-related claims or marketing statements
If certain information is not available, we will propose a dossier structure along with the missing elements.
What is not included
- Legal review or liability assessment
- Adjustments to artwork or labeling
- Communication with suppliers on your behalf (available as a separate module)
- In-depth LCA or CO₂ analysis
- Development of an internal database or software environment
These services can be added through other modules or offered separately.
